Hello, I’m Gülsel.

As a BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher with more than ten years of experience, my passion is helping others find a healthier way of life.

Alongside my BASI training, I specialise in scoliosis Pilates, pre- and postnatal Pilates, and back mobility. My approach is tailored to your health and your goals.
